Swimming Pool & Spa Service Options

Full Service . . . . . . . from $120.00* per month (weekly visits)
            1. Water testing and chemical adjustments to maintain water quality.
            2. Vacuum swimming pool.
            3. Brush Walls, swim-out and steps.
            4. Empty all skimmer and pump baskets.
            5. Clean pool sweep and finger screen.
            6. Monitor pool equipment and time clocks.
            7. Backwash filter system flash clean cartridge filter (additional fee) as needed.
            8. Reduced repair labor rates. ($10.00 per hour reduction)


Spa Service . . . . . . . . from $75.00* per month (weekly visits)
            1. Water testing and chemical adjustments to maintain water quality. (Bromine used)
            2. Clean water line and vacuum spa floor.
            3. Clean top-load cartridge filters as needed.
            4. Clean spa cover and apply protectant as needed.
            5. Quarterly notice to replace water. (additional fee for drain & clean)
           

Fountain Service . . . . . . . Price Varies Per Fountain Application & Agreement
            1. Portable Vacuum Available
            2. Water testing and chemical adjustments to maintain water quality.
            3. Empty all skimmer and pump baskets.
            4. Brush steps, rocks, tile, depending on fountain application.
            5. Monitor fountain equipment and time clocks.
            6. Backwash filter system or clean cartridge/sand filter (additional fee) as needed.
